In our first meeting, she firmly illustrated that my current mode of operation was not only making me sick but frankly was unproductive. My burnout prevented efficiencies in my work and personal life. Her first directive was to stop working on the weekends and integrate at least one self-care activity a week. I stared at her like a deer in headlights. However, she used our next meeting for accountability and as a people pleaser I was surely not going to let her down.
That first meeting initiated a shift that made me a more relaxed and enjoyable person. I am more productive and patient. My business thrived and more importantly I am happier. I continue to work with Peaceful Living Wellness . No one can reverse 40 plus years of mental programming in one session. Jennifer gives me practical tools that make me feel successful and capable. I breath deeper and smile more. I look forward to each session.
