We all struggle with feeling “rough” from time-to-time. But, when you take the time to really know yourself are you finding that your inner beauty has lost its ability to shine?
We all want to be more positive. A daily routine in which we practice positivity and self-care will help our inner beauty shine brightly.
These are my tips from my daily routine that help me be beautiful inside AND out! If you follow these tips more health and happiness will be in your reach faster than you think.
GET ACTIVE: Being active gives your body and mind a natural boost. It gives you more energy and also helps relieve stress and anxiety.
FEED YOUR SKIN: Using a natural face mask helps tighten and rejuvenate the skin. If you want a natural mood booster, simply bask in warm sunshine in the morning or get fresh air.
GET REST: Sleep is very important. Sleeping well on a day to day basis helps you be more productive and you can be sure you’ll feel healthier and more confident in yourself with it.

LOOK GOOD: Change your everyday wardrobe you’re so used to wearing. Add different colors and clothes that compliment your body type. When you look good you feel good in all aspects of your life.
BE POSITIVE: Having positive energy goes a long way. There is no better attribute a woman can have than to see the silver lining in a negative situation and keep going.
GET EXCITED: Allow yourself to be enthusiastic and excited about life. Don’t let your concerns hold you back from embracing the beauty of living. It will reflect back on you!

PRACTICE AFFIRMATIONS: Affirmations are statements and propositions that are declared to be true. It is the same as speaking something into existence. Affirmations promote increased activity in the region of the brain that processes self-worth and valuation. A daily affirmation card deck is a great way to get this practice in!
MAKE A BUCKET LIST: Giving yourself something to actually look forward to is another way of how to become happier.
USE AROMATHERAPY: For self-care, essential oils like Lavender and Peppermint have a calming effect to help clear your mind when you’re feeling stressed.
