TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF. WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT IS YOUR WELLNESS SPECIALTY?

I am Conny Graf, the founder of From Chaos to Peace. I help people declutter and get organized, because I believe decluttering is Self-Love and an important part of peaceful living as well as wellness in general.

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO PURSUE THIS FIELD?

Already as a teenager I would declutter and rearrange my room to see if I felt better in it, or to see if it would flow better. Later working in corporate I would figure out ways on how to make my office, desk, filing system, computer etc support me better in the work I had to do, eventually people started to notice and asked me for help, that’s how it started.

WHAT GETS YOU GOING IN THE MORNING?

Coffee and going outside to see my animals.

WHAT DOES PEACEFUL LIVING MEAN TO YOU?

Living in a place that I love, having a supportive environment whether that is the physical environment like my home and office, or my digital environment like my computer and phone, my social environment, family and friends, and most of all my mental and emotional environment within me. 

WHAT IS THE NUMBER ONE THING YOU WISH FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT WELLNESS?

It doesn’t have to be this big expensive spa treatment, it can be little things that make you feel better. To know what makes you feel better you have to tune in and be aware.

DO YOU HAVE A GUILTY PLEASURE THAT IS MAYBE NOT SO “WELLNESS-ORIENTED?”

I drink too much coffee and can’t live without Swiss chocolate and I probably sit in front of the computer screen too often and too long 🙂
