This monthly membership offers a unique opportunity to work with an experienced life empowerment coach on a weekly basis. Each month focuses on one key area related to breaking the cycle of overwhelm that impacts your health, sense of well-being and the quality of your life. Being an active member and part of this larger community will give you the tools and practices so vital to living a life you love; a life that is rich in meaning, purpose and joy.

MONTH 1: ASSESS YOUR STRESS AND DECOMPRESS

During the first month, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of where you are right now in your life. You’ll discover how the cycle of being a busy mom has impacted you on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. You’ll gauge your life satisfaction level so you can quickly pinpoint areas in your life that are out of balance. The final week of this month focuses on defining what’s really important to you. You’ll set initial life-satisfaction goals to achieve a deeper state of balance and peace.

MONTH 2: CREATE SPACE FOR YOU IN YOUR LIFE

During this second month, you’ll carve out time and space for self-care practices that nourish, nurture and replenish your body, mind and soul. As you are guided to develop your personal commitment statement, you’ll find the time and energy for self-nurturing practices that radically shift your state of being. You’ll begin to note differences between “being productive” and “keeping busy” so you identify tasks and “duties” that need to be ditched. You’ll also learn what’s at stake if you continue to neglect your own needs and how to boldly and confidently ask for what you need and want.

MONTH 3: REDEFINING SUCCESS ON YOUR OWN TERMS

This is a BIG month because what you discover about success can alter the course of your life… and for the better! Defining what success means to you related to your values and goals is paramount to living each and every day with meaning, joy and purpose. You’ll assess what success means to you and evaluate how other people’s definitions may be conflicting with your own. Through deeply thought provoking prompts, you’ll uncover what gives your life meaning so you can add more of those things in your life. Ultimately, you’ll craft a success statement that resonates with your soul’s deepest desires and wishes.

MONTH 4: DESIGN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT ALIGNS WITH YOUR DEFINITION OF SUCCESS

This month is all about summoning the courage and confidence to make big changes happen in your life. You’ll be guided step-by-step in creating an action plan to implement self-nurture and self-care practices. You’ll also learn how to create your very own “self-nurture space” for calming your mind and relaxing your body. Incorporating two mini-rituals per day, you’ll reconnect with your own inner guidance system. 

MONTH 5: CREATE YOUR CIRCLE OF SUPPORT 

Here is where you’ll create your very own circle of support with people you trust, admire and respect. You’ll also learn how to create clear boundaries with unsupportive people that may derail your new way of living. Learning the difference between setting boundaries versus building walls will increase confidence when dealing with difficult people, You’ll also be guided through a 5-step process for mindful communication to help you express your needs and wishes more clearly and compassionately.

MONTH 6: LEADING A LIFE OF MEANING, PURPOSE AND JOY

As you continue to make changes in your life, you will inevitably encounter some blind spots. This month’s weekly lessons guide you in reaffirming your commitment to yourself and reassessing your life satisfaction levels. You’ll learn how to get back on track if you’ve fallen off or lost your way. This is also a time to celebrate both big and little wins you’ve experienced throughout this journey so motivation stays high and focused on what’s important to you.

MONTHS 7 – 12: OVERCOMING MINDSET AND EMOTIONAL BLOCKS TO STAY COMMITTED TO YOUR NEW PATH

The following six months focuses on common pitfalls and how to address them. As you start moving into a state of bliss and lead a life based on your own definition of success, obstacles and setbacks are bound to enter. But not to fear because you’ll discover several strategies and practices to help you navigate and overcome these challenges with grace and ease. 

Topics covered over these six months include how to:

  • Stop with your old pleasing ways
  • End the self-defeating cycle of compare and despair
  • Embrace the awesomeness of you and overcome Imposter Syndrome symptoms
  • Love yourself so much that you say no to what you don’t want and yes to what you do
  • Cease “shoulding” all over yourself and other self-nags that keep you stuck in old patterns of behavior
  • Celebrate your wins to keep momentum moving in the right direction

Hi, I’m Jen

I know a lot about busy and the costs of buying into the belief that for mothers to have it all, they must do it all, be perfect, go it alone, and keep up with everyone else’s expectations. 

I’ve been there. 

I know what it’s like to feel completely exhausted, anxious and disheartened by the lack of fulfillment after achieving a high level of success. 

Years ago, I found myself in a career that left me feeling empty and unfulfilled. I was doing and achieving all the things I was supposed to, but none of this brought me the experiences or feelings I really wanted or thought I’d have. But worse…

I also felt like a failure… alone, isolated, misunderstood and sad.

As my health deteriorated and my energy diminished, I dove more deeply into myself, I found that what I really wanted was more time, more meaning and more freedom to nurture myself so that I could be more present with those I love. 

As I began taking small steps in breaking the cycle of busy, I noticed dramatic shifts in my energy, my sense of well-being and in my confidence. I learned how to say no to things and people who weren’t a fit. I stopped looking for approval and permission from others and started honoring my own needs. What I discovered through this journey was more clarity, more confidence and more courage to be true to who I am and to honor what’s important to me. Today, I don’t just live my life. I love my life. 

I started sharing my own process with other high achieving women who felt stuck in the cycle of busy. The more I shared, the more women asked to work with me and to show them how to manage their multiple roles, and create their own path to deeper meaning and purpose. 

Today, I coach women to reconnect with their inner strength, their true needs and values and honoring their own time and energy, they began to reap tremendous rewards. They feel a deeper sense of meaning and purpose that restores their energy and motivation. They are more focused and experience a greater level of success. They finally gave themselves permission for self-nurturing practices that led to increased vitality and confidence. Ultimately, they experience more meaning, purpose and fulfilling success every day.

The beauty of this membership is it’s different from other coaching programs. You don’t just watch a lot of videos and do busy “work.” I walk alongside you and offer you the support you need when you need it most. 

All of the live coaching and Q & A sessions are in a group setting. However, being a part of this community as a member, I will be answering your questions and providing insights and coaching during our live sessions.
