CELEBRATING ONE YEAR OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS!

In March of 2019 a brand new health and wellness magazine popped onto the internet.  But then… it popped off again! 

It is with deep, deep gratitude to our support team, all of our expert contributors and the Universe that I am able to say Happy One Year Anniversary to Peaceful Living Wellness!  You see, the beautiful new wellness magazine website that was supposed to launch in March disappeared three days after it went live. 

The web team couldn’t find it. The hosting company couldn’t find the data. No one wanted to take responsibility.  We ended-up starting over.  It was incredibly challenging, both financially and emotionally.  But, I was not going to give up on this idea! 

We rebuilt everything from scratch! And launched again in August! Here’s our inaugural blog!

And here we are celebrating our one year anniversary!

BUILDING COMMUNITY

As is the case with so many entrepreneurial endeavors I not only saw a larger need for a welcoming and inclusive online health and wellness community, but I also had a deep personal need for one. Being a Work From Home entrepreneur I was missing having a community – so I created one! Online!

And that is the beautiful essence of Peaceful Living Wellness. On this platform we are creating a bountiful community of wellness practitioners who share their valuable knowledge with our growing community of wellness enthusiasts!  We support YOU, the reader, and we support each other.

Thank you to our rapidly growing community of readers! We are so grateful to you for visiting our site, reading our blogs and coming back over and over again!  Without you, we lose our purpose. Without you, we would just be hanging out in cyberspace 🙂

WE CELEBRATE OUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS EXPERTS!

The reason that we use both “HEALTH” and “WELLNESS” here at Peaceful Living Wellness is because we believe that the two concepts are both independent and interdependent. For example, we not only provide you with health information in the form of nutrition and exercise, but we also provide you with wellness information in the forms of travel and organizing.

You see, things like an organized home or relaxing travel improves your wellbeing, which in turn, improves your health!

Likewise, keeping your body, mind and spirit healthy gives you the energy to go on amazing trips and to get your home and office organized!

Chantre Stokes, our Peaceful Travel contributor, joined us in March 2020 – just in time for the world to go on lockdown because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Stacy Oldfield from Minerva Management Partners is our other motival business coach. She is a Tony Robbins trained coach who inspires and motivates her clients, but also hasn’t met an Excel spreadsheet or pivot table that she doesn’t love! She is the Yin and Yang of business coaches!

Dr. Stephanie Zgraggen is the creator of Lime and Lotus Wellness and a health leader for thousands of women. She brings valuable health and wellness information to our community that we can use every day! 

SOME GOODBYES

We’ve also had to say goodbye to some of our cherished contributors as their business grew to a point where they do not have time to blog anymore. And that is something we celebrate!

Jen Robinson is the creative force behind the wellness brand Peaceful Living Wellness which is dedicated to providing a wide-variety of high-quality wellness information. Jen is also the creator of the Peaceful Living Wellness life coaching division, and offers workshops, individual and group coaching as well as retreats where she guides women in using Mindfulness and Mindset to build their inner strength on a foundation of inner peace.  Jen also is the co-creator of the business coaching brand CEO Mindset that guides entrepreneurs in building their businesses without burning out.  

The latest addition to her repertoire is that she recently signed-on as the Wellness Director for the business development company Wealthy Women Entrepreneurs .  She is very excited to be leading this group of dynamic women entrepreneurs into success in their businesses and lives!  

The most important part of Jen’s life are her two very active teenagers, AJ & Layna!
