Four things you can’t recover: The stone after the throw, the word after it’s said, the occasion after it’s missed, the time after it’s gone – Deanna Wadsworth
You guys…I am just going to be real this month, and speak the Chantre’ style truth…
This year has been CRAZY!!!!
This month’s quote is one that I literally have a vinyl sticker of on my wall in my bedroom. I am big on words that mean something — reminding me each day of the words that truly sit deep within my spirit, that fuel my soul.

I try to live my life in a way that I can be proud of. I think about every action and every word that I say before I do it…most of the time.
It’s challenging though, because sometimes you want to do something or say something that you know will have consequences. Ones that may last longer than the 2 minutes it took you to be mean. Consequences that may result in a prolonged sense of regret within yourself.

Sometimes, saying a word means that you are standing up for yourself and what you believe in — or standing up for someone who hasn’t developed the words or strength to speak for themselves.
Sometimes, standing up for yourself means teaching your children, family, or friends to do the same. Breaking generational curses and setting examples for others. Being that force of strength for yourself and/or others, and not knowing where the strength came from. The commonality among all of this…even encompassing the “crazy”…
…is FREEDOM & TRUTH
I want BOTH for you…in whatever vision of them fuels your spirit and speaks to your soul.
Freedom — to live your life the way you choose — on your terms. Truth — to listen to your own thoughts to guide you.
No one else knows you the way you do. Sometimes, what speaks to you today may change — and that’s OK. Just continue to listen to yourself with an open mind and heart, without judging yourself or being overly critical.

MY TRUTH
As some of you may know, I recently achieved my MBA. Throughout my program, there was a heavy emphasis placed on learning how to best strategize and innovate in your career.
As with millions around the globe, 2020 has been a major test for me. The concepts of strategizing and innovating extended far beyond the classroom for me this year.
Over the past 12 months, I have been challenged to strategize my way out of difficult situations. To be innovative in developing new plans of action. To think on the spot to come up with a different plan if the first one (or 5!) didn’t work out.
I have become fully self-aware of my shortcomings, my faults, my abilities, my strengths, and my weaknesses. I am not afraid to ask for help, I know my limits, and I give myself permission to take mental breaks.
I WANT THE SAME FOR YOU
What I want most for you is to not be afraid to speak up and LIVE your truth — without fear of failure. To achieve this, you need freedom.
We all have our own definition of freedom. We are all different, and that is what is so amazing. We have the ability to decide, and even alter, what helps shape and define the freedom that fuels our souls.
It took me years to truly understand what fuels my spirit. I have done so much soul searching in the past few years to get to where I am now, so don’t rush yourself.
Just be truthful to yourself and the rest will come in time.
No matter what your definition of freedom is, make it true to your soul and spirit.

BACK TO THE BEGINNING
This brings me back to my quote…
…the occasion after it’s missed, the time after it’s gone…you can’t recover these.
Enjoy the life you have TODAY.
Live life so that you don’t have any regrets. Sometimes being agile and able to adjust is needed, but that adjustment does not make you incapable or unable to live your life the way that makes you genuinely happy.
Freedom and truth is my wish for you to wrap up 2020, and to start new in 2021.
I wish you peace, joy, love, happiness, and whatever your souls needs to be free.
Your travel friend,
Tre’
P.S. See you all in 2021- HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
My name is Chantre’ (Tre’ for short). I am a military brat and soon to be a military wife. I have two fur babies; a Rottweiler named Duke and a German Shepperd named Aurora. I am a travel agent that specializes in EVERYTHING!…mostly fun quick trips or international trip for me personally, but I love researching for every client as if I am traveling with them.
Traveling is where my passion lies. Being in school my whole life, I am at the point where I am now settled and ready to begin my journey to explore the WORLD as much as possible. I have a yearning to see new things and cities, and experience other beliefs and cultures. As a young woman, it can be difficult to find other women that are in the same mindset as I am, and who are ready to take this journey with me in this season of my life…this is why I started my @tres_travelexperiences business and blog. I want to be able to share my experiences with others who share my passion for travel, but are being held back. Experience traveling through my journey.
I am passionate about being able to connect with other women no matter age or background, that are seeking travel experiences as I am, and just need someone to travel with like me. Prior to meeting my love, I was fully prepared and had literally booked a 15 days trip to Europe…SOLO. The amount of courage it took, I cannot even describe but I am thankful to God that He settled my mind, heart, and soul to take the leap. I know every woman may not want to do the same, so I am more than happy to plan a trip for others, whether big or small, solo or group.
If you have an urge to travel, but no one to travel with …come join me on one of my upcoming trips! On my Facebook page, you will find events where you can register for upcoming trips that I have planned which are open for you to join us. You will also find travel deals that I have created, but can be customized for your specific needs.
