You choose whether to meet weekly or every other week. Because Peaceful Living coaching is an in-depth, incredibly transformative process, we do require a 6 month commitment. We’ll set target goals and a timeline to make sure you get what you need to make the changes you want.
Each phase of my process contains what will be covered but I also adjust according to your specific needs.

In this first phase of us working together, we’ll dive into YOU.
Starting with a personality assessment, defining your values, and gauging your emotional compass, we’ll know what makes you feel inspired in life and how you best learn and grow.
Then we’ll dive into breaking bad habits and creating a plan for setting clear boundaries that allow you more time and space for what brings you joy, meaning and purpose in your life. You’ll be provided a variety of proven tools to support you in letting go of what no longer serves you.
During this phase, we’ll dive into creating a big picture of the “Life You Love” and establish tangible goals. We’ll start with YOU and what you want to experience over the next 5 years.
We’ll explore what gives meaning and purpose to your work and home life so we can set clear ways for you to feel alive and inspired again.
Finally, we’ll define what gives you meaning and makes you feel loved and cared for in relation to others. By the end of this phase, you’ll know so much about who you are and what really gives your life meaning, purpose and joy – so we can work on a plan you can act on!
This phase is when all the work you’ve put in starts coming together and paying off.
We’ll work together as you develop a new definition of success based on what gives your life meaning, purpose and joy. We’ll pinpoint what success looks and feels like for you so you’ll know when you’ve arrived at the place you’ve always wanted. Part of our work in this phase is gauging your level of “enough,” understanding expectations of yourself and others, and getting you out of “shoulding” all over yourself.
This is where you’ll learn tools and practices for flexing your mindset and emotional muscles for more resilience and courage.
This phase can be a bit bittersweet. As you begin to make positive changes and develop new habits, the old negative scripts in your mind and old habit patterns may unconsciously derail you.
So, we’ll tackle and overcome the most common pitfalls you’ll face when you start moving forward, like Imposter Syndrome, comparing yourself to others, fear, perfectionism, distractions and the need to control.
You’ll be equipped with resources, tools and effective practices to stay strong and focused as you continue to grow.
Invariably, once we start making big changes in how we think, feel and act, those closest to us may feel threatened or afraid because this is all new to them.
Learning effective and compassionate ways to communicate your needs both at home and at work will help you navigate your closest relationships with grace and confidence.
You’ll learn ways to resolve conflict that bring you closer instead of further apart. You’ll also learn how to make quality time a priority which will improve your relationships and foster deeper connections with those you love.
One of the most important lessons from this phase is about ditching the cape. You’ll stop needing to be the Superwoman at home or at work because you’ll find immense joy, meaning and purpose in who you are, what you do and how you spend your time.
This phase is all about freedom and owning your own autonomy. This is the perfect point where all you’ve worked for over these past months comes full circle.
There is a level of commitment that is required to get optimum results in hiring a coach. This application is a way for me to know you are serious and ready for the next steps. I know what it’s like to feel completely exhausted, anxious and disheartened by the lack of fulfillment after achieving a high level of success.
Years ago, I found myself in a career that left me feeling empty and unfulfilled. I was doing and achieving all the things I was supposed to, but none of this brought me the experiences or feelings I really wanted or thought I’d have. But worse…
I also felt like a failure… alone, isolated, misunderstood and sad.
As my health deteriorated and my energy diminished, I dove more deeply into myself, I found that what I really wanted was more time, more meaning and more freedom to nurture myself so that I could be more present with those I love.
As I began taking small steps in breaking the cycle of busy, I noticed dramatic shifts in my energy, my sense of well-being and in my confidence. I learned how to say no to things and people who weren’t a fit. I stopped looking for approval and permission from others and started honoring my own needs.
What I discovered through this journey was more clarity, more confidence and more courage to be true to who I am and to honor what’s important to me. Today, I don’t just live my life. I love my life.
I started sharing my own process with other busy moms who felt stuck in the cycle of busy. The more I shared, the more women asked to work with me and to show them how to manage their multiple roles, and create their own path to deeper meaning and purpose.

While we do discuss current stressors, we do not spend our sessions processing them. As your coach, I support you in finding solutions to your stressors and guide you in using what you learn to reach your larger goals.
I do not diagnose or treat mental illness or trauma. My coaching is designed to work alongside therapy and other healing modalities or on its own. My coaching curriculum was designed with guidance provided by licensed therapists.
During standard coaching sessions (as opposed to discovery sessions or goal progress reviews) we proceed in the following way and allow for flexibility when needed:
Step 1: Check-in on progress since our last session and cover any questions or epiphanies that came up.
Step 2: Review areas where you got stuck or had issues in regards to the homework provided for the current topic. We discuss your answers as well as delve into deeper insights that can come from looking at them more deeply.
Step 3: Review and give instructions for the next week and answer any questions you may have about exercises or instructions I provide.
Coaching sessions take place via Zoom. This video conferencing platform has been approved under HIPAA to ensure privacy. Using this video conferencing tool makes it easier to build the rapport necessary between the two of us.
This is your life and you decide how much or how little you’d like to invest in it. While I use the best coaching methods, proven tools and support practices, how successful you are depends on your level of engagement in this process.
This one-on-one coaching program is 6 -12 months. I’ve found with clients (and studies show) that up to one year of coaching offers maximum results.
By starting with your intention and setting clear goals for us to focus on from the outset, it is highly unlikely you will not experience results. I’m 100% dedicated to your success and will do my part to the fullest. You also have to be willing to give 100%, show up, be honest and do the work. It is my guarantee to you as a coach to keep all information completely confidential. Before we work together, we sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure what we discuss remains between us. In my group coaching programs, each participant signs a similar confidentiality agreement. Unlike a psychotherapist, medical doctor or lawyer, I do not have protected immunity under law. Therefore, I can be compelled to provide legal testimony should the case arise.
