3 Ways to Utilize Manifestation Intentionally: When you are attempting to manifest a desired outcome in your life, do you find that you are struggling with doubt and worry?

Do you fear that when good things happen, surely you must eventually experience a bad outcome?

I want to share with you that this expectation is a learned limited belief.

Our people before us — our loved ones, our peers, our mentors — have all had people before them as well. And often, we are reverberating the same information for lifetimes. 

What if you could rewire your belief system so that life could begin working for you?  What if you ended the centuries of old ideas that no longer work in your time space reality? 

Today, I want to share with you three ways to utilize manifestation intentionally so that you no longer have to feel the struggle of limiting beliefs.

#1. Ask For What You Want, Clearly. 

When we ask for what we want, we usually think about how to get the thing and ask for that instead of from a space of possibility. For example, want a new car? The ask may be “How do I get a new car?” This keeps us holding back and creating walls that don’t allow the possibility of car to show up better than we can imagine.  When we add possibility to the mix we ask questions such as “What would it be like to receive a new car?” This way of asking allows us to have multiple avenues for it to show up instead of one way. 

Today, play with asking for what you desire by beginning the questions with, “What would it be like….” “Wouldn’t it be fun if..”

#2. Feel As If It Is Real

Imagination and playfulness are key methods of manifestation. As we grow older, we receive many more inputs that may limit our imaginative playfulness.  When we are manifesting, we want the energy of play so that we attract like energies. 

Like attracts like, so if we are in an energy of hard, heavy, work, turmoil, we create more experiences that match up to this. 

When we are in the energy of imagination and playfulness we will attract more experiences of light heartedness, joy, fun, and more.

The feeling is what really attracts us to what we want, therefore we want to be mindful of HOW we feel when we are thinking about what we desire to receive. Otherwise we will continue to attract the undesirables to us. Once you are aware of your feelings the moment a thought pops up, you will be able to redirect at a faster rate and you will become less likely to attract the things you do not desire.  If you find that you are receiving more of what you don’t want, take a break and ask yourself this question. “What else is possible now, that I have not seen yet?” This will open up the possibility side of your mind to begin to look at all other options instead of being stuck on autopilot and attempting to fix everything as if it is a problem. 

#3. Believe It To See It, Let Go Of Limiting Beliefs

When we believe it to see it, instead of needing to see it to believe it, we are able to visualize our desire as if it is already in our outside world. 

Meditation is the method I often share in my Manifesting Maven Program as the number one tool to enhance our manifestation practice. When we meditate, specifically with visualization, we are able to place ourselves into the space of what we desire to receive and feel as if it is real. We are also in a space to witness our limiting beliefs as they come up.

Let’s look at the new car again, for example. You don’t believe you can receive a new car because the funds are not currently in your bank account. This is a limiting belief and it is quite common as well. To work around this I would suggest this exercise: What if you could visualize someone giving you a car? What if you could visualize yourself driving in the car you desire to receive? This exercise will boost your feelings of “this is real for me” and let go of limiting beliefs.
