Hippiedippiemom.com

Here at Peaceful Living Wellness we are all about creating community! As the Editor of PLW I am excited to help you get to know the wellness contributors whose articles you read every month. This will help you get to know them better and see them as members of your wellness community.

We are helping you to get to know them through both print and video interviews! Read on to get to know Bri Pruitt. Bri crosses over our categories and writes for both Peaceful Mind and Peaceful Body.

We love that Bri contributes both her knowledge as an R.N., Certified Health Coach and mom to our Peaceful Living Wellness community! Plus, special bonus, Bri has a podcast that you link to right here on the PLW site.

Tell us about yourself! Who are you and what is your wellness specialty?

I’m Bri – a RN turned Certified Health Coach. My specialty is helping mom’s clear their brain fog so that they can have energy, a balanced mood, live their dream mom life and raise a healthy family.

Why did you decide to pursue this field?

I had brain fog for as long as I can remember. Once I became a mom, it made it really difficult for me to be the mom I had dreamt of being. I was tired all the time, I was cranky and would snap at my husband and daughter for no reason, I was forgetful and I would go to bed at night thinking about all the sweet moments I had missed during the day to the brain fog. Clearing it has made a world of difference for myself and my family. I want to help other moms achieve this.

What gets you going in the morning?

My daughter and knowing that I get to do a ‘job’ I’m passionate about. And coffee 😊

What does Peaceful Living mean to you?

It’s the way life should be. We shouldn’t be stressed all the time or running around like chickens with our heads cut off. We should feel light, peaceful, happy and healthy most of the time.

What is the number one thing you wish for people to know about wellness?

That it’s not difficult and we can all achieve it.

Do you have a guilty pleasure that is maybe not so “wellness-oriented?”

I still eat sweets and consume alcohol every now and then, but I don’t feel guilty about it.

If you would like to know more about Bri, you can watch the full interview on our PLW YouTube channel.
